Service Description

This is a tricks class ONLY for Tricks/Combos at the Intermediate aerial level. This is a group class environment with a maximum of 10 people. We are training, drilling, and finessing all of those tasty moves UP ON the pole. There will be components of conditioning, stretch and cardio incorporated into some of these classes as well! ***Must have BASIC Invert unassisted and basic leg hangs to attend*** Cost $20 ($23) *24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fee: $20/hour if cancelled within 24 hours of lesson/appointment. Fees are due no later than the cancelled class date.
