This can be a heavy read. This will be more so a process of spiritual understanding that requires us to explore facets of the shadow. The shadow is considered the "darker" parts of our personality. The energies that live in the subconscious, that are driven by the ego. It's the part our psyche that wishes to sabotage us and keep us in low vibrations. The toxic parts of ourselves that keeps us stuck in the same toxic cycles and patterns. We meet the Shadow through the use of specific shadow deck cards, to bring truth, understanding and healing. But do not choose to do this reading unless you feel ready to take on this part of your journey. Intuitively, spiritually, mentally, you must feel prepared to start this deep work. You may be faced with meeting parts of yourself that you repressed for a long time. Parts of yourself you deny. Parts of yourself that are wounded. Parts of yourself you hate. This is the process of healing. The only way to get to the light is through the dark. The Shadow is the greatest teacher. I truly believe Shadow Work is the most important work you can do. For me, Shadow work is the key to freedom and liberation, the hardest work you will do ever do, and the highest form of self love you can give yourself. *We will start this session of with some breath work and visualizations. *Use of crystals that are for protection and the release of negative energies, *We will use the shadow decks for guidance and reflection. *End the session with a smudge ritual to ground and clear your energy.
